At SkiMac Messilä we service alpine skis, snowboards, cross country skis and ski jumping skis. Our trained and highly experienced staff helps you in picking the right service for your equipment so that you get the most out of your experience on the snow. For our service staff it’s a matter of pride that after the service your equipment looks and feels like new – if not even better.
The Delta Stone WC Evo, manufactured by Svecom in Italy, is the king of grinding machines and trusted both by multiple ski factories as well as top nordic skiing national teams. Our machine is equipped with all the latest updates so we can truly provide you with cutting edge service. In addition to the latest hardware and software we use top quality waxing products made by the Finnish Vauhti Speed.
After handing us your equipment you’re given a service receipt against which you can pick them up once ready. We can also store your equipment for a couple of days so you can pick them up when you’re ready to get back on the snow. You can pay for the service beforehand or at the time of pick-up. We accept cash and most credit cards.
There’s no way around it, the ski service professional Mr. Kari Rantalainen and his well-known Timanttikantti Oy has a legendary status in the industry and have been trusted by athletes, clubs, national teams and skiing enthusiasts for years and years. After acquiring Timanttikantti Oy we’re glad to say that all this is now part of the Skimac service and family. At the same time we made a significant investment by acquiring machines of the latest technology from the Italian manufacturer Svecom. With the latest machinery and software we can offer superior quality and finish regardless of the discipline. Kari ”Kapo” Rantalainen is in charge of the ski service and with his team ready to offer world class service both to ski clubs and national teams as well as to hobbyists from Finland and abroad. Timanttikantti is located in the very premises of Skimac Messilä at the Messilä Ski Resort, located only a 10 minute drive from the Lahti city centre.
